UGC Operations Specialist

Overview
We’re looking for a proactive and organized UGC Ops Specialist to support the rollout and scaling of our creator network. You’ll work closely with the Influencer Manager, acting as the main point of contact for creators while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll also take ownership of one key market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage communication with UGC creators (onboarding, briefs, feedback, ongoing support)
  

• Coordinate and execute operational tasks across campaigns and creator workflows
  

• Ensure timely delivery of content and maintain quality standards
  

• Track creator performance and maintain internal systems/processes
  

• Support scaling of the creator network across multiple markets
  

• Own and lead operations for one assigned country/market
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, creator management, content creation and a plus for marketing operations
  

• Strong organizational and communication skills
  

• Comfortable managing multiple creators and projects simultaneously
  

• Strong understanding of pop culture and trends 
  

• Deep understanding of social media management
  

• Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  

• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
