We are looking for an experienced Talent Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team.\

Responsibilities

  • Own the Brand Ambassador Program: Design, launch, and manage a structured ambassador ecosystem that celebrates and empowers the platform’s most promising talents.

  • Develop Influencer Support Initiatives: Identify and elevate influencers who use the platform organically, providing them with creative tools, support, and opportunities to grow their personal brand.

  • Talent Scouting and Selection: Source, vet, and recommend high-visibility talent for brand campaigns, partnerships, and marketing content - ensuring selections align with the brand’s tone, aesthetic, and positioning.

  • Build the Influencer Marketing Function: Define the frameworks, processes, and partnerships needed to establish “creators as a marketing channel” as a scalable function within the brand team, along with regular reporting on campaign performance.

  • Campaign and Collaboration Management: Coordinate creator collaborations, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectations, and timely delivery of creative assets.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, and Community teams to integrate talent into marketing activations, events, and product initiatives.

  • Talent Relationship Management: Act as the brand’s front-facing representative to creators, ensuring long-term partnerships grounded in trust, respect, and mutual growth.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator relations, ideally within entertainment, live streaming, gaming, or social platforms.

  • Proven track record of managing or activating creators as marketing partners, from sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution and performance tracking.

  • Strong aesthetic and brand judgment with an instinct for identifying high-potential talent that aligns with brand values, visual standards, and audience appeal.

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to manage partnerships with professionalism and empathy.

  • Experience in campaign planning and coordination - balancing multiple activations, timelines, and creative deliverables.

  • Familiarity with creator ecosystems and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and live streaming) and understanding of what drives audience engagement.

  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating across global time zones in a remote-first environment.

Qualification that can be a plus:

  • Spanish/German/Japanese language proficiency.

  • Experience managing creator ambassador or affiliate programs, or having built them from the ground up.

  • Background in the creator economy, live entertainment, gaming, fashion, or music industries.

  • Understanding of performance and audience metrics for evaluating influencer potential and campaign ROI.

  • Experience scouting or developing emerging talent - helping transform creators into recognizable brand ambassadors.
