System Analyst (Origination)

We are building a structured and scalable approach to client data within Origination: unified processes, clear data update rules, seamless experience for both customers and back-office teams, full regulatory compliance, and measurable data quality.

We are looking for a strong analyst who can own this area end-to-end - from process design and architecture discussions to analytics and data quality monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client data processes

   • Design and build from scratch client data update and verification processes

   • Align and unify data flows between the mobile application and back-office systems

   • Standardize client data processes across all Origination products

   • Work closely with engineering teams on data-related architecture decisions

   • Act as a bridge between product, operations, and back-office teams

2. Data quality & analytics

   • Build a comprehensive data quality analytics framework

   • Define and track data quality metrics (freshness, completeness, validity, consistency, etc.)

   • Set up monitoring and alerts for data quality degradation and outdated data

   • Work with regulatory and compliance requirements:

     • review and interpret regulations

     • map requirements to data fields and processes

     • ensure ongoing compliance through analytics and monitoring

   • Monitor data freshness and identify risk areas related to outdated or incomplete client data

Requirements

• 3+ years as a System Analyst, ideally in fintech or banking

• Middle+ level or higher

• Experience working with client data, operations, or back-office processes

• Strong analytical skill set

• Ability to independently write SQL queries

• Understanding of how client data flows through product and operational systems

• Strong structuring and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or other regulated industries

• Experience with KYC, client profiles, or verification processes

• Experience building data quality frameworks or monitoring systems
