System Analyst (Backoffice)

Manila, Philippines, relocation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze and re-engineer existing business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
2. Design and develop new operational and product-related workflows.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assign tasks and track execution through the full development lifecycle.
4. Prepare and conduct demos of new solutions or enhancements.
5. Provide ongoing support and development for implemented solutions.
6. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the fintech sector, preferably in an international banking environment.
3. Proven expertise in building complex, efficient business processes and systems.
4. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile development teams.
5. Experience with operational workflows, regulatory requirements, and compliance is a strong plus.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
