SEO Specialist
We are looking for an SEO Specialist to help grow our organic search visibility, improve website performance in search engines, and support long-term traffic growth across key company initiatives.
The SEO Specialist will be responsible for identifying SEO opportunities, executing optimization tasks, analyzing performance, and working with cross-functional teams to improve rankings, organic traffic, and search-driven conversions.
Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and analyze search intent, SERP structure, and competitor performance to identify organic growth opportunities;
Optimize existing pages and create SEO recommendations for titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, page structure, and content;
Develop SEO briefs, keyword maps, and content guidelines to support content planning;
Identify technical SEO issues (crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, page speed, internal linking) and implement fixes;
Monitor and report on organic performance using tools such as GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, or Screaming Frog;
Identify CRO opportunities from organic traffic and support conversion improvement initiatives;
Stay current with SEO best practices and search engine algorithm updates;
Create wireframes and handle basic design tasks in Figma; plan site structure and prepare landing pages;
Implement structured data and schema markup.
Requirements
You’ll thrive here if you have
3+ years of hands-on SEO experience across on-page, technical, and content SEO;
Experience with international or multilingual SEO;
Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, SERP analysis, and competitor research;
Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb;
Russian language — native or fluent; English — B2 or higher;
Ability to analyze SEO data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations;
Experience creating SEO briefs, keyword maps, and content optimization tasks;
Familiarity with technical SEO concepts (crawling, indexing, redirects, canonicals, site architecture) and basic HTML;
Experience with Figma for mockups; ability to plan and structure landing pages;
Basic knowledge of structured data and schema markup implementation;
Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently;
Proactive mindset with ability to spot opportunities without detailed guidance.
Nice to have:
Experience with programmatic SEO or large-scale content optimization;
Proficiency in Looker Studio, BigQuery, or SQL;
Python or other programming language skills;
Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS platforms;
Background in SaaS, marketplace, media, or high-growth digital products.
