Key Responsibilities:
Manage support requests and troubleshoot system incidents in a multi-tier technology stack.
Debug and resolve issues related to data processing, system integration, and service interruptions.
Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with engineering teams for long-term fixes.
Support internal users, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Develop scripts in Python and Bash for automating monitoring, alerting, and debugging.
Write scripts and self-service tools for incident resolution.
Optimize existing scripts and code for improved performance.
Ensure the reliability and stability of C++ and Python pipelines.
Implement monitoring solutions for proactive problem detection.
What We Expect:
At least 5 years of relevant experience with Python
Experience with SQL (query writing, troubleshooting)
Knowledge of Bash scripting and ability to write automation tools
Strong understanding of Linux systems (administration, CLI tools, troubleshooting)
Knowledge of networking technologies and service interactions in Unix environments
Understanding of Kubernetes and container infrastructure (preferred)
Experience with ticketing systems, Slack-based support, and email troubleshooting
Strong communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
English language proficiency - B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
