Senior Product Manager (SB) We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the evolution of our MVP into a scalable, intelligent travel engine. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, data, and design, shaping how travelers experience the platform — from first click to unforgettable trip.

You will work closely with founder, CEO, CTO, and growth team to define priorities, translate insights into features, and drive execution across web and mobile products.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Roadmap

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap from MVP to scale
• Translate business goals and traveler insights into clear, actionable product plans
• Collaborate with leadership on long-term product vision and milestones

Execution & Delivery

• Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration
• Prioritize features balancing impact, user experience, and technical feasibility
• Lead cross-functional sprints with design, engineering, and data teams
• Define and monitor success metrics (activation, conversion, retention, NPS)

User & Market Intelligence

• Deeply understand the needs of modern travelers — from families to digital nomads
• Synthesize user feedback, analytics, and competitive research into actionable insights
• Partner with Growth and Marketing to align acquisition and product engagement

Data & AI Integration

• Collaborate with our data team to turn behavioral insights into personalization logic
• Help define early AI use cases (trip recommendation, smart upsells, retention triggers)
• Ensure we capture meaningful, consented data that powers a real product advantage

Who You Are

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in travel-tech, marketplace, or consumer apps
• Strong sense of ownership and structured problem-solving skills
• Comfortable in data-driven environments (basic SQL or analytics tools a plus)
• Empathetic toward users and passionate about human-centered design
• Confident communicator, fluent in English (other EU languages a plus)
• Thrives in early-stage environments: adaptable, decisive, and proactive
• You have experience in fast growing start ups
• You have experience in travel tech
• A/B test experience
• You know how to handle cusdev interviews
• You have experience in app and web

Nice to Have

• Experience with personalization, recommender systems, or AI-driven UX
• Background in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle platforms
• Previous startup or remote-first experience
