Senior Product Manager

We're hiring Senior Product Manager to lead our strategic product stream - Exchange (develop and grow EMCDs crypto exchange with a focus on trading products for miners and crypto investors)

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Management with mandatory experience in crypto products
• Experience working in crossfunctional teams: product, analytics, design, engineering
• Strong ownership, analytical mindset, and ability to build processes from scratch
• Deep understanding of exchange infrastructure and trading mechanics (spot, margin, derivatives)

Responsibilities:

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your stream
• Drive full Discovery Delivery cycles with Dev, Design, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Risk
• Research markets and competitors, shape unique value propositions
• Track and improve product metrics (growth, retention, unit economics, margin)
• Ensure fast timetomarket and structured product processes
• Build a differentiated exchange product tailored for miners and EMCD users
• Maintain balance between compliance, security, and speed
• Drive liquidity and sustainable user base growth
