Senior Product Manager

Inita is building an AI-first business co-pilot to enable small businesses to effortlessly build, manage, and scale their online presence from web site building, social media, bookings and CRM.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Inita platform. Working with our Head of Engineering, development team and UX/UI team you will lead feature development and roadmap for the product.

What you bring:

• 6+ years of experience technical product management, especially in B2B/В2С, UK or US markets

• Experience with SaaS, or Hosting products

• 3 years working with AI related products

• You’ve been through several release cycles within one company

• Solid hands-one experience with Product fit analysis as well as various types of research (User, Market, Competitive, UX)

• A strong understanding of ML and AI principles

• Prototyping with UX/Designers, mock-ups and story ownership

• Good understanding of API design, cloud software, data, and analytics

• English: C1+

As a successful candidate, you know firsthand how to manage all aspects of a successful user-facing product – from discovery to delivery – and can share real examples of your (un)successful experiences. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and know your way around the tools of the trade. You operate confidently on both tactical and strategic levels.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain a roadmap that aligns with company goals, driving innovation and improvement

• Work closely with the team and customers to turn feedback into actionable features.

• Serve as the bridge between product management, engineering, and other teams, ensuring technical feasibility.

• Coordinate with engineering and QA to roll out features smoothly, addressing any issues.

• Conduct interviews and surveys (in English), and tests to gather insights and advocate for user needs.

• Keep everyone aligned and communicate product updates regularly.

• Track key metrics and use data to improve the product.

• Keep an eye on the market to keep Inita ahead of the competition.
