Senior Product Manager

Focus: Mobile Platform / Ecosystem / Wallet at Crypto or Fintech

Were looking for Senior Product Managers to join several key teams at EMCD:

• Mobile Core  owns the mobile app as a platform (SDKs, UX foundations, release cycles, Telegram Mini App)

• Ecosystem develops cross-product features that drive engagement and retention (referrals, loyalty, activation tools)

• Wallet  shapes user-facing functionality for managing crypto assets and connects the Wallet to the broader ecosystem

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, and has a proven track record of launching impactful products in Crypto/ Fintech or adjacent industries.

Responsibilities:

• Own and prioritize the product backlog with a focus on business and user value

• Lead feature development from hypothesis and PRD to release and metrics

• Drive structured Discovery, scenario design, and feature decomposition

• Participate in team ceremonies: PBR, Planning, Review, Retro, etc.

• Collaborate closely with design, analytics, engineering, and other product teams

• Improve UX and track product metrics: retention, activation, adoption, usage, etc.

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a Product Manager ideally in Crypto or Fintech

• Experience launching products or critical features on international markets

• Strong backlog management skills, metric-driven mindset, and UX understanding

• Experience working in cross-functional squads: product, analytics, design, engineering, QA

• Comfort working with APIs, integrations, releases, and platform-level constraints

• Fluent English (B2+) and Russian (C1+)
