Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product manager, you will take a strategic role in defining and overseeing the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our product portfolio. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of innovative, market-leading products that align with business goals and user needs. Qualifications:

1. 7-10 years of proven experience as a Product manager or similar role
2. Deep expertise in product management with a strong understanding of user-centric design
3. Experience in web3/crypto products is highly preferred
4. Demonstrated ability to align product strategy with business objectives
5. Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing product management teams
6. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organizational units, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales
7. Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
8. Track record of delivering market-leading products with strong performance metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, retention, ARPU)
9. Fluency in English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively

Responsibilities:

1. Define and oversee the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product domain
2. Balance short-term priorities with long-term product and business strategies
3. Collaborate with stakeholders across org units (POs, engineering, design, marketing, sales) to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with business goals
4. Mentor and manage the product management team to achieve excellence in execution
5. Advocate for user-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle
6. Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform product strategies
7. Drive innovation and ensure product portfolios meet performance and adoption targets
