7000$ - 10000$
Resume.co has product-market fit and momentum. We're hiring a Senior Acquisition Product Manager to widen the funnel and speed users to value. Own landing pages, key resume and cover letter building flows, localization, viral loops, and pricing and packaging – set the strategy, run the experiments, and lead the crew that turns first clicks into paying, happy customers. Your north-star metrics: conversion to first purchase, CPA, and yearly new-user growth.
Responsibilities
- Own the acquisition & growth roadmap for [resume.co](https://resume.co/) – optimising landing pages, resume and cover letter builder funnels, localisations, SEO, AI SEO, viral loops to lift conversion to first purchase and lower CPA.
- Design, launch, and analyse A/B tests on copy, creative, pricing, and onboarding flows, rapidly iterating on data-driven insights.
- Partner with Marketing and SEO Teams to craft user journeys that attract and convert new users at scale.
- Localise product content, pricing, and onboarding experiences to unlock growth across global markets.
- Monitor acquisition metrics daily, pinpoint funnel drop-offs, and prioritise quick-impact improvements.
- Map every viral loop end-to-end, instrument the k-factor, and ship experiments—referrals, social proof, shareable content—that compound organic sign-ups.
- Enable engineers and designers to deeply understand user needs, empowering them to make informed product decisions
Qualities that we’re looking for
- Demonstrated success growing B2C subscription products through data-driven acquisition strategies and experimentation.
- Expertise with performance marketing, SEO, growth funnels, and conversion-rate optimisation across paid and organic channels.
- Proficiency with analytics and testing tools (SQL, Amplitude, Metabase, A/B Testing methodologies) and a solid grasp of statistical significance.
- Experience launching and scaling localised consumer products and payment flows in multiple regions.
- Strong copywriting and UX sensibilities, with a keen eye for landing-page design that converts.
- Bias toward rapid experimentation, clear prioritisation, and autonomous execution within remote/async teams.
