We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist who will develop a systematic strategy for user acquisition and retention across various verticals and business objectives through marketing channels.

What You’ll Do

Traffic planning and purchasing (mobile and web traffic across 5 countries) for various goals and business verticals:

  • Develop media strategies aligned with key KPIs: user base growth, retention, monetization, etc.

  • Adapt approaches to the specifics of countries, verticals (e.g., automotive, real estate), and product development stages.

Strengthening current performance channels:

  • Optimize media buying through Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, ASA, Yandex Ads, programmatic, and other platforms.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on goals: ROI, CAC, LTV, CPL.

Searching for and testing new sources:

  • Identify alternative platforms and channels.

  • Rapidly test and scale successful campaigns.

Ongoing creative testing:

  • Develop hypotheses, run A/B tests for visuals and messaging.

  • Collaborate with designers, local marketers, and agencies.

Budget management and efficiency:

  • Strategically allocate spend across countries, verticals, and goals.

  • Regularly monitor channel and regional ROI.

Close collaboration with analysts:

  • Build dashboards for campaign optimization.

  • Segment audiences and work with predictive models.

What We Expect

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, both app performance and web (experience with classifieds or e-commerce services is a plus).

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Apple Search Ads, and programmatic platforms.

  • Experience managing large budgets ($200K+ per month) and allocating them effectively.

  • Proficiency with tracking systems: AppsFlyer, Adjust, AppMetrica.

  • Strong understanding of mobile attribution, fraud prevention, and funnel analysis.

  • Proven experience in continuous creative work: idea generation, testing, scaling.

  • Skills in product analytics and advanced metrics: LTV, ARPU, ROI.

  • Experience launching new countries/markets from scratch is a plus.

  • English level: Upper Intermediate+.
