Senior Growth Product manager

We're looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Tofu and lead the development of growth strategies for our web and mobile products in Tofu space. You will play a central role in engagement, monetization, activation, experimentation in the app and on the web by developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing the user journey, and working closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve user conversion and engagement for all Tofu products (web/mobile).
2. Conduct A/B testing to continuously optimize marketing performance and user retention, while tracking key metrics and providing data-driven recommendations.
3. Work closely with product and marketing teams to create and execute growth strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and product revenue.
4. Identify and analyze growth opportunities across the user journey, focusing on scaling product performance.
5. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in advertising platforms to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. You have more than 3 years' experience as a Growth Product Manager. You've worked on subscription-based products and know the ropes.
2. You have a strong background in A/B testing, experimentation and data-driven decision making to optimize user journeys.
3. Experience working with SAAS and US-market, including user engagement and retention strategies.
4. Good skills in using analytics tools to track performance, interpret data and generate actionable insights.
5. Ability to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and best practices.
6. A proactive attitude, the ability to not gloss over problems and to talk about them in a straightforward way.
