SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as a Sales Manager / Merchandise Account Executive (Warsaw/Dublin). We specialise in building long-term relationships with top-tier enterprise clients, and your expertise in driving client success and ensuring exceptional service will be key to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and exceed sales targets as part of our high-performing sales team.

  • Handle outbound leads from our SDR team, running qualification calls, demos, negotiations, and closing deals.

  • Manage and expand relationships with existing enterprise accounts.

  • Craft and deliver tailored commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.

  • Work cross-functionally with our ops and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
