Sales Manager
SWAG42, a rapidly growing premium merchandise company, is looking for a talented professional to join us as a Sales Manager / Merchandise Account Executive (Warsaw/Dublin). We specialise in building long-term relationships with top-tier enterprise clients, and your expertise in driving client success and ensuring exceptional service will be key to our continued growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and exceed sales targets as part of our high-performing sales team.
Handle outbound leads from our SDR team, running qualification calls, demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
Manage and expand relationships with existing enterprise accounts.
Craft and deliver tailored commercial proposals to senior stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with our ops and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and lasting satisfaction.
Requirements
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A consultative, solution-oriented sales approach.
