Project Director (Medical Platform)
Amitours Group is launching a medical travel platform that connects international patients with trusted clinics across multiple countries, enabling seamless cross-border treatment journeys.
The platform will initially focus on high-demand procedures (orthopedics, dental, fertility, oncology diagnostics, cosmetic surgery), offering structured treatment packages that combine medical care with end-to-end patient coordination.
Our objective is to build and scale a global healthcare platform facilitating international patient flows across key corridors:
Europe → India / Turkey
USA / UK → cost-efficient treatment destinations
Emerging markets → premium European clinics
Mission
We are seeking a Project Director to lead the end-to-end execution, commercialization, and scaling of our global medical travel platform.
This role combines program leadership with strong business development ownership. You will be responsible not only for building and launching the platform, but also for driving partnerships, securing supply (clinics), enabling demand channels, and shaping revenue-generating models.
You will act as a key bridge between product, operations, and commercial growth, ensuring the platform is both operationally effective and commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities
Lead business development and partnerships, including clinic acquisition, partner management, and market expansion
Own project strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes
Oversee platform development, ensuring alignment with business needs
Manage end-to-end patient journey and operations, ensuring quality and compliance
Drive growth and performance, owning key KPIs (revenue, partnerships, acquisition, conversion
Requirements
6+ years of experience in project/program leadership with strong business development exposure, ideally in healthtech, medical travel, or healthcare services
Proven track record of building partnerships, closing deals, and driving commercial growth
Experience working with marketplace or platform-based business models
Strong understanding of cross-border healthcare or service-based industries
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Experience managing cross-functional teams (product, operations, partnerships)
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
Experience with AI tools, automation, and modern digital ecosystems
Fluent communication in English
