Product Operations Manager

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to support our Product Manager in driving operational and analytical tasks for our telecommunications products, including the SMS aggregator platform. You will ensure product initiatives run smoothly — aligning teams, streamlining communication, and keeping every detail on track. The role involves close collaboration with product, development, sales, account management, and support teams, as well as partners and clients worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and monitor the execution of business projects and operational tasks.

• Manage communication with clients, partners, and contractors.

• Collect, clarify, and structure business requirements from stakeholders.

• Prepare commercial proposals, reports, and presentations.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, account management, support).

• Monitor project KPIs and suggest improvements for efficiency.

• Handle operational issues related to product delivery and performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager, or in a similar role.

• Solid understanding of B2B communications and service operations in telecom or IT.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience in professional correspondence and negotiations with clients.

• Proficiency with task management tools and productivity software.

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in product teams or supporting product management.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.

Tech stack:
