Product Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a hands-on Product Marketing Manager who understands the mechanics of marketing and technical web funnels — someone who knows how websites, conversion flows, and analytics are structured and interconnected. You’ll be the person who can spot what’s broken, fix it, and get results. You care about things working properly — and you know how to make that happen.
This is not a product strategy or team management role — it’s about execution.
What We’re Looking For
Experience with marketing funnels in the context of user acquisition and conversion optimization.
Strong technical understanding of web funnels — from quiz to payment. You know how to troubleshoot, optimize site structure, improve transitions, and connect the dots between websites, analytics, SEO, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with website builders like Tilda, Webflow, or other CMS platforms. You don’t need to code, but you can edit content, build blocks, or manage minor updates yourself — and organize tech improvements when needed.
Practical experience with quizzes — setting them up, integrating them into the funnel, and connecting them to the website.
Analytics know-how: you can set up and configure Google Analytics (or similar), understand which events and actions need to be tracked, and know how to run A/B tests, interpret the results, and use insights to improve flows.
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch a full web funnel — from ad click (handled by another team) to paywall. Own the process end to end and prove that you can get things done.
Audit and improve our website — analyze it like a user, identify issues, propose fixes, and implement them. The goal: better structure and logic.
Set up funnel analytics — track visits, actions, and purchases. Configure paywall and conversion tracking, build a dashboard to visualize where users drop off.
Ensure technical stability — make sure everything works, displays correctly, and loads smoothly. Fix issues yourself or bring in the right people to help.
Monitor core funnel metrics — return on ad spend (ROAS), average check, subscription breakdowns, and performance across acquisition channels.
Key Competencies
Initiative. You don’t wait for a brief or permission. You find what needs to be done, bring in the right people, and get it over the finish line. If something breaks, you fix it — not forward it.
Organized. You know how to manage workflows, stay focused, and hit deadlines without losing track of important details.
Team player. You communicate clearly, ask good questions, and aren’t afraid to ask for help. You stay visible and present — no ghosting or long silences.
Adaptability. You’re comfortable working fast, handling change, and getting things done without step-by-step instructions.
What We Offer
Flexible hours & a high-trust culture — we care about results, not clock time
Competitive salary, performance-based bonuses, and stock options
50% hardware subsidy after 6 months
Access to a therapist & employee support program
Health insurance
Support for personal learning and development
Unlimited vacation policy
Culture of openness, honesty, and high standards
