Product Manager (Travel Platform)
Location: Fully remote (CET timezone)
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and development of a global medical travel platform from the ground up. You will own the product vision, define the marketplace structure, and build scalable solutions that connect patients, clinics, and partners across borders.
This role requires strong product thinking, operational awareness, and the ability to translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive digital experiences.
Medical Travel Platform
Amitours Group is launching a global medical travel platformthat connects international patients with trusted clinics in different countries and organizes cross-border treatment journeys.
The platform will initially focus on high-demand medical procedures (orthopedics, dental, fertility, oncology diagnostics, cosmetic surgery) and create structured treatment packages combining medical care with patient coordination services.
Our goal is to build a scalable healthcare platformthat organizes international patient flows between regions such as:
Europe → India / Turkey
USA / UK → lower-cost treatment destinations
Emerging markets → premium European clinics

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities
Translate business goals into scalable product solutions
Identify key user segments (patients, clinics, partners) and their needs
Define MVP scope and iterate based on feedback and data
Marketplace & Platform Development
Design core marketplace flows (patient → clinic matching, booking, coordination)
Define clinic onboarding, verification, and listing structures
Develop pricing logic, referral flows, and service packaging
Ensure scalability across multiple countries and treatment corridors
Actively use AI tools and modern technologies to build, prototype, and optimize product features and workflows
Leverage automation and AI-driven approaches to improve efficiency, speed of execution, and decision-making
Patient Journey & Experience
Map and optimize the end-to-end patient journey
Design workflows for medical case coordination and communication
Ensure a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy user experience
Incorporate compliance and quality considerations into product flows
Data & Optimization
Define key product metrics (conversion, acquisition, retention, patient satisfaction)
Use data to inform prioritization and continuous improvement
Run experiments to optimize funnels and marketplace performance
Requirements
6+ years of experience in Product Management in healthtech, medical travel/tourism, helth tourism industries
Experience building products from early-stage or MVP phase
Strong ability to translate complex processes into user-friendly solutions
Understanding of marketplace dynamics (supply/demand, liquidity, pricing)
Experience working cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
Data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics
Strong hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, and modern product development approaches
