Product Manager – Payments

Vivid offers a broad payments portfolio: cards, transfers, acquiring partnerships, travel, local IBANs, and payment instruments issued under our EMI licence. As Head of Payments Product, you will own the end-to-end vision, roadmap, and execution of all payments products across Europe, ensuring compliance, scalability, and commercial success.

Your Mission

• Define the strategic roadmap across domestic and cross-border transfers, direct debits,  and local payment instruments (incl APMs)

• Support rollout of local IBANs in new markets, including regulatory and operational requirements.

• Own delivery of new payments capabilities while overseeing integration with partners and processors.

• Ensure all payment services remain fully compliant under PSD2, SEPA Rulebooks, Card Scheme Rules, and MiCAR/MiFID interfaces where relevant.

• Work closely with Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to embed regulatory requirements into the product lifecycle and ensure company wide operational effectiveness.

Your Profile

• 4+ years in payments product, ideally within a fintech, EMI, or acquiring/issuing environment.

• Deep understanding of domestic and cross-border flows from operational and client expectation perspective.

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing product teams in regulated environments.

• Strong technical understanding of payment rails, settlement flows, processors, and fraud systems.

• Excellent stakeholder management across engineering, risk, compliance, and operations.

• Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical and communication skills.
