We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of compliance and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) products, ensuring regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions (CBUAE, SAMA, FATF standards). The role will focus on building and scaling core compliance services that enable our business to detect, prevent, and respond to financial crime risks while providing seamless user experiences for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with knowledge of compliance, AML/CFT, sanctions screening, and risk management frameworks.

What you will be doing

  • Define and own the roadmap for Compliance & AML products aligned with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite.

  • Translate compliance and AML/CFT regulations (CBUAE, SAMA, FATF) into product features and scalable workflows.

  • Build and maintain a Compliance Management System for case handling, investigations, and audit trails.

  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Engineering teams to design and deliver Customer Risk Assessment & Transaction Monitoring rules and capabilities.

  • Oversee the integration of sanction screening solutions for both real-time onboarding/transactions and offline batch scans.

  • Launch and scale the Whistleblower service, ensuring anonymity, reporting workflows, and regulatory compliance.

  • Automate compliance reporting across internal stakeholders and regulators, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Finance, and Operations to ensure product adoption and compliance.

  • Monitor performance of AML products (false positives, SLA, time-to-close cases) and drive continuous improvements.

  • Act as subject matter expert for compliance/AML solutions in audits, inspections, and regulator discussions.

What you will need

  • Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or RegTech, with direct exposure to compliance/AML domains.

  • Technical skills: Ability to read APIs, data models, workflow engines, and reporting automation tools.

  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable working with data, defining KPIs, and building monitoring dashboards for compliance processes.

  • Stakeholder management: Strong collaboration skills to align Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Engineering

  • Communication: Clear, structured communicator able to explain complex regulatory concepts in business and product terms.

  • Regulatory understanding: Familiarity with requirements of CBUAE, SAMA, FATF or global AML/CFT standards.
