Product Manager
About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our Credit line and Credit Cards products. You will work closely with developers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to build features that improve customer experience and drive business growth. This role focuses on optimizing the onboarding funnel, running experiments, and owning key product metrics to ensure product-market fit and revenue performance..
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement new features and enhancements for the leading credit card product in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
Take ownership of UX improvements, aligning them with both business goals and user needs.
Lead feature development initiatives and provide technical direction for assigned projects.
Develop and implement new features and enhancements for the leading credit card product in the Philippines and Southeast Asia.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery across multiple projects.
Take ownership of UX improvements, aligning them with both business goals and user needs.
Lead feature development initiatives and provide technical direction for assigned projects.
What we expect from candidate
3+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in IT or a related role
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions in the consumer tech sector.
Confident experience with product metrics, A/B testing, and analytics; strong data-driven mindset.
Solid understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
High fluency in data analysis, product metrics, and business KPIs
Experience in fintech, retail, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
Fluency in English (B1/B2) as all communication is in English.
