WHO WE ARE?

We are a leading pet tech company focused on improving pet care with smart technology.

We're looking for a Product Manager to join our product team. You'll own a product vertical end-to-end, with a focus on engagement and retention: the features and systems that help users build lasting habits, feel their dog's progress, and keep coming back long after initial onboarding.

This means working on things like progress mechanics, personalized engagement loops, reward systems, and proactive in-app support. It's consumer mobile product work at scale, grounded in user research and experimentation.

You'll work closely with engineers, designers, and content across a cross-functional product setup, with direct access to analytics infrastructure and product leadership.

What You'll Do

Own a product vertical from discovery through delivery and iteration
Design and run A/B experiments, interpret results, make ship/kill decisions
Conduct user research: interviews, usability tests, in-app surveys
Write clear specs and collaborate closely with engineering and design
Track your vertical's metrics weekly, surface insights, adjust the roadmap based on data
Contribute to quarterly planning and initiative prioritization
Present work and findings to leadership and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

4+ years of product management experience in consumer mobile apps
Strong data skills: cohort analysis, funnel analysis, experiment design. Amplitude or similar analytics tools.
User research experience: you've run interviews and usability sessions, not just read reports
Track record of owning a full product area end-to-end, not just shipping features
Fluent English
