Senior AI Product Manager (R&D AI Core)

We’re hiring a Senior AI Product Manager (R&D AI Core) to build AI systems that improve learning outcomes.

This is not a growth role and not a “manage the backlog” role. It’s a hands-on product role for someone who can work from research to prototype to production, and make strong calls in a space where the technology moves fast and the answers are rarely obvious.

You’ll work on AI tutors, copilots, adaptive learning systems, and other AI-native educational experiences, together with engineers, designers, and curriculum experts. The scope includes both B2C and B2G products.

🚀 Your Goals:

• Build AI products that help students learn better, not just spend more time in the product

• Turn AI research and prototypes into working product systems

• Define how we use LLMs, reasoning models, and multimodal AI in real educational scenarios

👾 Your Job:

• Own AI product work end-to-end: research, prototyping, shipping, and iteration

• Lead a cross-functional R&D team and stay close to the work itself

• Build and test AI experiences using modern AI-native workflows, not through endless specs

Requirements:

• Strong product experience building LLM-based and AI-native products, with real track record of taking them into production and iterating beyond launch.

• Good understanding of prompting, evaluation, and the real limitations of LLMs

• Hands-on approach: able to prototype fast, test ideas, and work directly with tools like Cursor and Claude Code

• Solid grasp of ML basics, AI product system design, and multimodal products across text, voice, or image

• Comfortable working in uncertainty and owning real product outcomes

Nice to have:

• EdTech experience, especially in STEM Subjects

• Experience with curriculum, pedagogy, or learning design

• Understanding of how kids learn
