Product Manager (Agent Network)
We’re on the hunt for a driven Product Manager to take charge of our Performance Stream – building tools that supercharge the efficiency of our sales agents and their managers, helping them sell more loans and products with confidence.At the heart of this mission is our Agent Application – a mobile-first tool that keeps agents competitive, informed, and empowered while working in the field. You’ll own this product area end-to-end: shaping the vision, prioritising the right bets, and working side by side with a dedicated development team that’s ready to deliver.
The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.
Responsibilities:
Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of the Performance stream, with the Agent App as your flagship product.
Dive deep into the daily realities of our agents and managers: visit stores, shadow their work, and uncover pain points that need solving.
Translate insights and business goals into a clear, prioritised backlog that drives real impact.
Partner closely with engineering, design, and operations to turn ideas into high-quality solutions, shipped on time.
Define success through measurable KPIs, track results, and iterate relentlessly to maximise impact.
Requirements
Proven track record of building digital products end-to-end and managing product teams. Experience in fintech, SaaS, internal platforms, or mobile apps might be useful.
A balance of strategic thinking and execution power – you can go from a deep research to a quick delivery.
Skilled at navigating multiple stakeholders, aligning competing priorities, and keeping everyone focused on outcomes.
A hands-on attitude and readiness to get into the field – learning directly from agents and managers to shape the right solutions. Even working as one from time to time!
A UX mindset: designing simple, intuitive, and efficient flows tailored for users who aren’t always digital natives.
An operational focus: obsessed with speed, productivity, and solving edge cases in tough real-world conditions.
Fluent in English.
