Poker Promotions Development Coordinator

Our client is seeking a Poker Promotions Development Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of poker promotions, campaigns, and product-related initiatives. This role serves as a key link between operations, product, marketing, and game integrity teams, ensuring smooth promotion rollouts and a consistent player experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and maintenance of poker promotional calendars, including freerolls, bonus systems, missions, and special events.

• Contribute to the design and enhancement of new poker formats, game mechanics, and features, offering operational support and strategic input aligned with player needs and business goals.

• Coordinate the full promotion lifecycle—from briefing and setup to testing, live monitoring, and post-campaign evaluation.

• Monitor promotion performance in real time and escalate irregularities or signs of abuse to appropriate teams.

• Prepare and manage thorough campaign documentation, including terms and conditions, mechanics, internal FAQs, and technical setup details.

• Liaise with Marketing, PRM, Casino, and Sportsbook teams to ensure accurate and timely player-facing communications.

• Support the design and testing of new poker features, tournaments, and game mechanics.

• Coordinate customer support processes related to promotions, including creating support guidelines, resolving player issues, and acting as the main point of contact for the Customer Support team.

• Compile and analyze post-promotion reports to evaluate effectiveness, extract insights, and recommend improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of online poker formats such as MTTs, SNGs, and Cash Games, along with common promotional structures.

• Previous experience in campaign or project coordination, ideally within the iGaming or digital entertainment sector.

• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with promotion analytics is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Russian.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Knowledge of promotional tools, bonus management systems, and poker client/back-office platforms is considered an advantage.
