Payment Product Owner

We are looking for a Payment Product Owner to join our team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager in payments, fintech, or iGaming;

• Strong understanding of PSPs, acquirers, cascading, and routing optimization;

• Experience managing the full product lifecycle: vision → roadmap → delivery;

• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze conversion, approval rate, chargebacks, and costs;

• Proven record of working effectively with cross-functional teams (billing, finance, compliance, engineering);

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

• Own the payments vision, strategy, and roadmap;

• Drive optimization of PSPs and local payment methods;

• Improve transaction flows to maximize conversion and reduce declines;

• Collaborate with billing, finance, and compliance to ensure reliable and scalable processes;

• Monitor KPIs: approval rate, conversion, cost efficiency, payout times;

• Oversee fraud prevention and chargeback management, coordinating with risk team.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with BI / data tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, SQL);

• Background in risk, finance, or compliance as an additional perspective.
