Operations Manager

StellarTech is looking for an Operations Manager to strengthen our Operations department.

You will be actively involved in all key cross-functional projects, including Product, Marketing, and Administrative functions, focusing on building scalable workflows, finding tool-based solutions, and implementing operational improvements for all departments. You will acts as an enabler of key company-wide projects, directly impacting the execution of the company’s ambitious initiatives during a phase of active scaling.
This role requires a detail-oriented and analytically-minded professional with a strong understanding of operations and a proven ability to identify and implement automation solutions that drive efficiency and scalability, who will collaborate closely with multiple teams to shape and optimize world-class operations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as an operational enabler across multiple departments.

• Build and optimize Asana/Jira workflows, including automation of recurring tasks.

• Conduct research to identify best-fit tools or external contractors/freelancers for specific needs.

• Support automation of operational processes (reporting, comms, documentation, etc).

• Assist in implementation of new internal tools or operational processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in cross-functional operational roles, especially within fast-paced startups or tech environments.

• Google Sheets expert level (incl. Apps Script).

• Familiarity with Zapier or similar integration tools.

• Experience working on process design and implementation.

• Solid understanding of workflow management platforms (especially Asana and Jira).

• Research and vendor sourcing skills (tool comparisons, evaluating outsourcing partners and freelancers).

• Experience in forming Company policies and guidelines

• Highly organized and systematic thinker.

• Proactive problem-solver who seeks long-term scalable solutions.

• Collaborative and helpful approach to supporting teams.

• Excellent task and time management skills.

• Comfortable working independently and reporting into cross-functional teams.
