We are seeking an experienced HR Marketing Manager to join our passionate team.
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Performance
Campaign Management: Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Telegram, and Google Ads to promote vacancies and strengthen the employer brand.
Web Management: Oversee the career website and landing pages, including structure, copywriting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Analytics & KPIs: Take full ownership of key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, and application conversion rates.
Funnel Optimization: Drive conversion improvements at every stage of the recruitment funnel: Impressions → Clicks → Apply → Interview.
Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive reports and data dashboards.
Content & Distribution
Community Placement: Plan and execute content distribution across relevant platforms and communities (e.g., Habr, Reddit, Telegram).
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and hiring managers to craft targeted campaign messaging for specific roles.
Employer Branding
EVP Strategy: Support the development, localization, and communication of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP).
Social Media Management: Manage employer social media profiles and career platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, HH, Glassdoor, etc.).
Events: Organize and promote employer branding events, including webinars, meetups, and conferences.
Special Projects: Lead special projects and collaborations to increase brand awareness and market presence.
Job requirements
Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in HR Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
Language Proficiency: English level Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
Strategic Mindset: You view content as a strategic tool for impact and conversion, rather than just "aesthetic visuals."
Growth & Performance Driven: You think like a growth hacker—treating every post, landing page, or email as a hypothesis to be tested and validated.
Funnel Expertise: You understand that an employer brand is a recruitment funnel and know how to optimize it using data, A/B testing, and marketing frameworks.
Audience Segmentation: Ability to segment target audiences and tailor messaging for every stage of the candidate journey.
Data-Centric: Deeply result-oriented with a focus on measurable metrics.
Technical Stack: Proficient in managing ad platforms, marketing tools, and analytics software.
Relocation: Ready and open to relocate to Cyprus to work on-site with the team.
