AI Growth Marketing Manager
We are looking for an AI Growth Marketing Manager to join the SplitMetrics Mobile Growth Partners team.
We don't do "traditional" marketing. We manage large-scale paid and organic user acquisition for the most successful apps and games globally, partnering directly with Apple Ads, Google Ads, Moloco, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Your mission is to build the growth engine that attracts these enterprise-level players.
We aren't looking for someone to just "manage campaigns" — we want someone to engineer a system that finds and wins the world's leading brands.
Your Stack & Mission
Build the machine: You won't just use AI; you’ll ship agents and workflows (Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, n8n) that automate lead discovery and personalized engagement.
Target the whales: Focus exclusively on the Upmarket and Enterprise ICP. You’ll be designing strategies to get us into the boardrooms of the top 1% of apps and games.
Leverage the giants: Activate our "insider" partnerships with Apple Ads, Google, Moloco and AppsFlyer to create co-marketing initiatives that convert.
Turn Expertise into Assets: Transform our service excellence into lead-generating machines — case studies, webinars, and industry reports that command attention.
Own the Pipeline: Work side-by-side with our Mobile Growth Partners to turn automated demand into high-value revenue.
What We’re Looking For
The builder mindset: You are a Growth Marketer who speaks "Systems." You prefer building an agent to doing manual research.
AI proficient: You are comfortable with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, n8n, or similar agentic environments. Vibecoding is part of your daily workflow.
Enterprise experience: You understand the long-cycle, high-trust world of B2B lead generation for global service providers.
Impact over activity: You care about pipeline generated, not "likes" or "impressions."
