Main responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Solution Engineers

• Providing technical leadership in client interactions and pre-sales activities

• Collaborating with sales, product, and development teams to deliver optimal solutions

• Overseeing the implementation and integration of solutions at client sites

• Developing documentation and training materials

• Analyzing feedback and market trends to improve products

• Implementing KPIs and metrics to evaluate team performance

• Representing the company in technical meetings

Requirements:

• Experience in fintech, trading platforms, risk management systems, and SaaS

• Leading a technical team in pre-sales engineering or technical sales

• Knowledge of liquidity aggregation, order routing, FIX protocol, and trading system APIs

• Expertise in FX, CFDs, and digital assets

• Familiarity with MetaTrader, cTrader, OneZero, PrimeXM, OMS/EMS systems

• Excellent communication skills, ability to explain technical topics to business stakeholders

• Client-oriented and proactive mindset

• Good Russian; English is not required
