We’re not looking for a launch coordinator. We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong product-marketing DNA — someone who knows how to manage revenue, teams, and products.
The mission is to build a system where every game in the portfolio follows a clear path: from idea and MVP to scaling — or to an honest stop decision. Where Gameleads think like P&L owners, identify real player needs, and create offers that both solve user problems and generate strong business results.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Manage the gaming portfolio — launch MVPs based on data (TAM, CAC, Margin), define clear targets (ROMI, Gross Revenue), and scale only what proves effective
Own portfolio revenue and profitability — manage Gross Revenue, ROI, Margin %, and unit economics across clusters, making decisions that directly impact financial performance
Build a structured GTM framework — from Discovery and Gate 0 to MVP launch within ≤30 days, with clear launch, success, and stop criteria
Develop the Gameleads team — grow them into strong product marketers who can generate insights, own P&L, launch compelling offers, and adapt to market changes
Align with key teams — Content, UA, Delivery, CRM, Sales — ensuring that offer, pricing, channel, and customer experience come together seamlessly
Optimize processes and priorities — reduce manual operations, eliminate “order distribution” routines, and refocus the team on growth and high-quality decision-making
Revamp the offer storefront — remove low-margin and outdated listings, consolidate minor offers, highlight priority ones — so every offer is strong, not just “added”
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in product marketing or digital/game product management
Strong understanding of P&L and growth metrics — revenue, CAC/ROI, Margin %, unit economics
Proven experience launching new products — games or services — and bringing them successfully to market
Systems thinking — understanding the relationship between demand, channels, pricing, and delivery
Strong analytical skills — confident working with P&L, identifying growth opportunities, structuring knowledge, and transferring expertise
Team leadership experience — developing strong contributors into independent leaders
Flexibility and critical thinking — ability to simplify complexity, make decisions with limited data, and adapt quickly
Nice to Have
Experience in e-commerce, gaming services, or working with a gamer audience
Experience with influencer marketing, offer strategy, dynamic pricing
Understanding of demand mechanics in MMO / F2P / live-service games
