Head of Digital Marketing

Our mission is to give freedom to everyone and reconnect people with nature! Due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for a strong Head of Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Management of a team;

• Develop and execute effective Google Ads/Meta Ads strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI;

• Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid strategies;

• Ensure accurate tracking by setting up and managing Google Ads conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Meta Ads;

• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns;

• Stay up-to-date with Google Ads/Meta Ads updates, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Fluent Russian, English speaker, knowledge of Spanish is a big plus;

• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads/Meta Ads campaigns across various formats.

• Proven experience managing teams;

• Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking;

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager;

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
