paytech is looking for a Head of Business Development in Limassol! paytech is a fast-growing fintech company that is transforming the way online payments work.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize the full commercial process, from lead generation to account growth;

  • Define and track KPIs for sales accountability and performance;

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, onboarding materials, and best practices;

  • Design and execute a scalable revenue strategy for sustainable growth and long-term partnerships;

  • Drive new business through prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships;

  • Leverage fintech and payments networks to unlock high-value opportunities;

  • Maintain and improve CRM for accuracy, transparency, and pipeline visibility;

  • Create sales materials that support the process and strengthen the brand;

  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to align sales with market trends;

  • Lead key deals, calls, and client meetings as needed;

  • Monitor performance, forecast revenue, and report insights to executives;

  • Establish scalable, consistent sales processes across the team;

  • Represent the company at industry events, enhancing brand visibility;

  • Advocate for commercial needs to ensure cross-department collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of payments, fintech, and B2B SaaS ecosystems.       Experience selling payment platforms, orchestration, or white-label solutions. Minimum 3 years in a senior or leadership role within Payments or Fintech SaaS sales;

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building or scaling a sales function and achieving measurable revenue growth.

  • Leadership: Skilled in mentoring and motivating high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.

  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into actionable sales strategies and frameworks.

  • Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Network: Established connections within the payments and fintech ecosystem.

  • Operational Discipline: Data-driven, structured, and capable of building efficient, repeatable sales processes.

  • Cultural Fit: Entrepreneurial, transparent, and collaborative — thrives in a culture built on ownership and innovation.

  • Russian is desirable but not required. Fluent English is mandatory.
