Sales Development Representative (Web3) / SDR/ Outbound Sales Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative who is ready to own the sales cycle from early conversations to qualified meetings. This is not a learning-on-the-job position. We are looking for someone with proven experience selling Web3 products and KOL/influencer campaigns.
This role is not for someone who relies on premade scripts or executes predefined instructions without experimentation.We are looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, iterating quickly, and improving outreach performance based on data. Success in this role depends on creativity, initiative, and ownership, not on message volume. If you think in terms of conversion, intent, and conversation quality rather than “messages sent,” you’ll feel at home here.
We’re looking for an SDR who already sold Web3 marketing/comms/BD services, for example: exchange listings (CEX/DEX), PR / media / brand communications; KOL / influencer / ambassadors; marketing campaigns; partner integrations; crypto-native communication services.
You should be comfortable talking to Web3 projects, understanding what they do, and speaking their language.
What You’ll Do
Outbound Strategy & Messaging
Deeply immerse yourself in each client’s product, ICP, positioning, and market context. Quickly understand what the project is building.
Identify the client’s marketing goals (for example, KOLs, branding, conversions, liquidity, investor visibility)
Design and own cold outreach strategies across LinkedIn, Email, Telegram.
Build multi-step cold outreach messaging sequences from scratch (initial messages, follow-ups, re-engagement).
Adapt messaging based on prospect context, use case, and business stage.
Lead Qualification & ConversionEngage prospects via written communication and move conversations toward qualified meetings
Identify intent, interest level, and readiness to engage
Prioritize leads based on quality and conversion potential
Build relationships with founders, BDs, and other decision makers
Coordinate meeting handoff (calls with leads are handled by another team member)
Testing, Analytics & OptimizationRun A/B tests on hooks, messaging angles, CTAs, and follow-ups
Track outreach performance (reply rates, positive replies, meeting conversion)
Analyze results and continuously improve sequences and value propositions
Share insights and best practices with the team
Requirements
Must-Have
Proven experience as an SDR / Outbound Manager in Web3, crypto.
Previous sales experience in Web3 (marketing/comms/BD services). Experience selling listings, PR, or KOL services.
Strong understanding of Web3 products and business models (infrastructure, protocols, DeFi, token-based projects)
Hands-on experience building and managing cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, TG)
Ability to design full outreach sequences, including follow-ups and re-engagement flows
Ability to position a product based on the prospect’s needs, pain points, and context
Data-driven mindset, with experience in tracking and optimizing outreach metrics
Ownership mentality, where you take responsibility for outreach performance end-to-end
Confident English level (C1 or higher)
