Head of Back Office Operations

What we expect:

• At least 7 years of experience in brokers

• Extensive experience managing back-office operations in financial services, brokerage, fintech, or payment processing companies

• Deep expertise in financial operations, settlements, invoicing, payments, client onboarding/offboarding, internal data management, and regulatory reporting

• Proven record of implementing process improvements, lean methodologies, and automation initiatives

• At least C1 English
