Conversion Operations Manager

Your Role:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve processes that ensure efficient product flow.

• Identify and remove bottlenecks in the product operation flow.

• Oversee the collection, analysis, and presentation of product-related data, including key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.

• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track product health, performance, and progress against objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.

• Familiarity with product management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.

• Ability to solve complex problems, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
