B2B Pricing Specialist
Job responsibilities
Monitor sales dynamics and company profitability on a daily basis across various segments: brand, country, supplier, key company partners, suppliers, and business lines. Analyze several basic metrics in combination. Be able to work with large volumes of data. Identify the events behind the numbers and charts.
Deeply immerse in processes and identify the reasons behind metric changes. Develop solutions that will lead to positive changes in trends.
Communicate with other teams during the joint implementation of adopted decisions. Be able to convincingly justify the necessity of chosen measures. Draw up action plans and control the results.
Present results using charts and numbers, and defend your point of view based on data.
Communicate daily with the commercial team, delve into the specifics of each market, gather feedback, systematize the collected information, and present it in an aggregated form.
Monitor the quality of collected data, clarify any suspicious or potentially inaccurate information with related teams.
Process requests from company employees regarding price discrepancies with competitors. Verify the accuracy of the provided data. Make financial decisions on price reductions and issue discounts.
Key qualifications
Experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial analytics, or related functions for 1–3 years.
Experience working with financial indicators and margin metrics.
Experience in the B2B segment or a high-load operational environment is preferred.
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using cubes, pivot tables, charts).
Basic knowledge of SQL: ability to read existing queries and make changes at the condition level. Ability to independently write a simple query across multiple tables to extract data for further analysis.
Presentation skills.
