Accounting Analyst [Reporting]

As we scale, strengthen our reporting processes, we are looking for an Accounting Analyst who will help ensure accuracy, transparency, and reliability of our financial data.

This is not just a reporting role — you will be involved in building and improving financial processes, supporting key business decisions, and working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Challenges that await you:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with international standards

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes

• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting  quality and efficiency

• Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analyses

• Maintenance of the control procedure

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (mandatory)

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word

• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation

• Experience with Bank or Fintech industries is a plus

• Experience with financial reporting systems or ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle,) is a plus

• B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team

• Russian language proficiency (spoken and written) for communication with Russian-speaking employees
