B2B Marketing Manager
Location: Limassol, Cyprus, On-site
We’re looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to lead full-cycle marketing efforts, drive customer development, and support the launch of next-gen trading products in the FX/CFD space.
What you’ll do:
Build and execute go-to-market strategies for fintech platforms
Lead customer development and create value-driven outreach
Organize client events, webinars, and product workshops
Develop multi-channel lead-gen campaigns with smart creatives
Implement and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, n8n, etc.) for automation and content
Work cross-functionally with Product & Sales teams
Track, analyze, and improve funnel performance via Power BI
What we’re looking for:
5+ years in B2B marketing (SaaS / Fintech / FX/CFD)
Proven ABM experience and event management background
Tools: HubSpot, Power BI, Clay, n8n, Sales Navigator
Strong copywriting skills and data-driven mindset
AI-native: you don’t just use AI - you think with it
Fluent in English
