UI/UX & Motion Designer
About the Role
Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing AI and trading startup building the first orchestration protocol that unifies all trading dimensions under a single AI-powered layer. The platform enables seamless trading across crypto and traditional financial markets, combining institutional-grade strategies with cutting-edge technology.
We are looking for a UI/UX & Motion Designer to craft visually compelling product experiences, from interface design to dynamic animations and product videos. This is a hybrid role where design, motion, and product storytelling intersect, enabling the platform to communicate its vision through engaging visuals and user-centric experiences.
What You’ll Do
Produce high-impact product presentation videos for landing pages, demos, ads, and social content
Design UI animations, micro-interactions, and product walkthroughs
Create product mockups for web apps, dashboards, and mobile interfaces
Develop animated branding assets including logos and dynamic visual identities
Leverage AI creative tools to generate innovative visuals and concepts
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate design with functionality
Contribute to product storytelling, user experience, and visual strategy
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in motion design and/or product design
Strong portfolio showcasing product videos and UI motion work (mandatory)
Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
Strong interest in SaaS, AI, fintech, or crypto ecosystems
Ability to quickly understand technical products and translate them into engaging visuals
Deep design culture and continuous exploration of AI-driven creative tools
Bonus Points
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or Web3 platforms
Experience with 3D tools and real-time animation
Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools (Webflow, Framer)
Previous work with data-heavy dashboards or complex SaaS interfaces
