Motion Designer

We expand our motion team, we’re looking for a Middle Motion Designer who is deeply immersed in AI.

Responsibilities

• The process of creating advertising video creatives: from concept development to post-production;

• Analyzing the creative side of the mobile advertising market;

• Actively participating in brainstorming sessions and idea generation;

• Analyzing ad performance and optimizing graphic and video materials.

Requirements

• Proficiency with AI and modern creative tools;

• Ability to work with both 2D and 3D graphics;

• Strong understanding of editing, composition, and animation principles;

• Basic knowledge of Unity (project customization and in-game video capture);

• Basic knowledge of After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender;

• Staying up to date with trends in advertising and mobile marketing;

• Creative and unconventional thinking;

• Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across departments;

• Ability to quickly adapt to new trends and technologies;

• Self-management and responsibility;

• Portfolio with relevant work examples.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in GameDev;

• Proficiency with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator);

• Experience with audio editing software (Adobe Audition, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, etc.);

• Ability to generate content using AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Luma, etc.);

• Gaming experience in mobile casual games (not required, but a plus);

• Excellent time management skills.
