Technical Writer
We are looking for a Technical Writer for our flagship project, Happy Color.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a consistent style across both backend and client documentation.
Create and maintain documentation describing new features.
Participate in gathering requirements and ensure they are documented consistently.
Keep existing documentation up to date; immediately update any documents if changes occur.
Write technical requests in a unified style (e.g., A/B tests, backend configs).
Second priority: create documentation for existing features that currently lack proper documentation.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as Technical Writer, Game Designer or in similar roles within the mobile development industry (mobile games or applications).
Portfolio with examples of technical documentation.
Ability to create well-structured and organized documentation, with information clearly divided into logical sections.
Capable of producing clear technical documentation that explains both how a system or feature is implemented and why it was designed that way.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, or similar).
English - at least B1+, sufficient to read, understand, and work with technical documentation independently.
Russian - C1/higher.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with APIs, configurations, and A/B testing in a mobile gaming context.
