Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer (Middle+) at Kiz8, you will design and implement core components of AI-driven systems that power real-time decision-making, intelligent automation, and scalable product architectures.

You'll work in close collaboration with our AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps team to create high-performance, production-grade systems — from backend services to intelligent integrations.

Tech Stack

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and modern backend frameworks (Hono, Express, NestJS, etc.).

• Experience integrating external APIs, working with queues, or building event-driven systems.

• Familiarity with at least one additional backend language (Python or Go preferred).

• Solid understanding of databases, schema design, and query optimization.

• Practical experience with Docker-based workflows and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

• Understanding of testing principles (unit/integration tests) and version control (Git).

• Excellent communication skills and comfort in async, distributed work setups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive systems.

• Worked with RAG, agent-based architectures, or LLM applications.

• Pet projects or public repos demonstrating your engineering style.

• Contributions to open-source or AI/DevTools communities.
