Senior UX Writer

Responsibilities

1. Write and edit UX copy in both Russian and English.
2. Collaborate with product teams and designers to improve the user experience of the inDrive website and app.
3. Maintain FAQ in English and Russian.
4. Suggest and implement improvements to UX writing processes and tools.
5. Integrate AI-based tools into the UX writing workflow.
6. Work with UX researchers to validate hypotheses.
7. Follow the company’s Tone of Voice (ToV) and editing policy.
8. Maintain and update glossaries in both Russian and English.
9. Deeply understand the product by studying and addressing user challenges.

Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of experience as a UX writer.
2. Practical knowledge of UX principles.
3. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
4. Strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Experience working with Figma, Jira, Confluence.
6. Background in UX research.
7. Experience with Crowdin or other CAT tools. (Preferred)
