Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who will lead the development of a design system for fintech products and create a visual presentation of the brand.

Work format: full time, total remote, not from Russia/Belarus
Salary range (gross): $4500 - 5800

We expect you to:

• develop intuitive, WCAG-compliant, human-centred interfaces that help businesses achieve their goals

• engage in prototyping, wireframing, final design development, front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• create and maintain design systems

• conduct user research and usability testing

• rely on data when making design decisions in uncertain conditions

• create attractive visuals and intuitive navigation for websites, presentation materials, landing pages, and merchandise

• fluency in Russian and English at B2+ level
