Senior SEO Specialist

We're building international B2C products and need a Senior SEO Specialist to fully own organic growth — from strategy to execution.

What you'll do

• Own SEO strategy for http://appewa.com and http://blog.appewa.com across Tier-1/Tier-2/Tier-3 markets

• Drive rankings for competitive commercial and informational queries

• Drive mentions and visits from ai chats (Chatgpt and others)

• Provide B2B SEO initiatives alongside the core B2C product

• Build and scale the English-language blog with a focus on conversions, not just traffic

• Design custom link acquisition frameworks, including owned and semi-owned assets

• Work with multilingual architecture: hreflang, localization, international scaling

• Run experiments, measure impact, iterate fast — and scale what works
  

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in SEO with proven results in competitive niches

• High autonomy — owns the result, not just the tasks

• Strong fluency with AI tools and LLMs is a must

• Experience in B2B SEO

• Strong technical SEO: crawl budget, rendering, indexability, architecture

• Experience scaling multilingual sites in international markets

• Grew a content ecosystem or blog from zero to significant traffic

• Can manage developers and content specialists: write clear specs, review implementations

• Working proficiency in English

• Experience in EdTech, e-learning, mobile apps, or subscription products

• Background in product companies (not just agencies)

• Products at 1M+ MAU scale
