Senior SDR/Head of Acquisition

🔼 We are looking for a senior SDR or Head of Acquisition Lead to build and scale our outbound acquisition engine in a {FinTech} / investment startup.

🔼 Responsibilities:

• Own the full acquisition funnel from lead sourcing to booked calls and conversion

• Lead Search and SDR teams

• Own CRM (Pipedrive), data quality, and automation

• Define sourcing, validation, and outreach strategies

• Track performance, analytics, and funnel efficiency

🔼 Tools: Pipedrive, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, email validation & deliverability tools, Zapier, Notion.

🔼 Requirements:

• Senior experience in acquisition, growth, or SDR leadership

• Strong outbound and CRM expertise

• {FinTech} or B2B startup background preferred
