Product Manager (Discovery)

RemoteSenior

We develop an independent payment gateway.

We help global businesses connect to multiple payment processors, optimize transaction performance, and gain full control over routing, fraud logic, and payment UX.

As we scale, we are seeking a Senior Discovery Product Manager with strong fintech and payments experience to lead the research and development of new functionality, ensuring its delivery and iteration in production.

You will be responsible for identifying product opportunities, conducting structured research, and transforming insights into actionable product epics. You will also own the transition from discovery to delivery — ensuring successful implementation, release, and post-launch refinement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product discovery for new functionality: analyze business needs, user pain points, regulatory aspects, and competitive solutions;

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Integrations, Merchant Success) to consolidate requirements and define priorities;

  • Translate research into clear product proposals and shape epics with defined scope, value, and edge cases;

  • Drive the delivery of your initiatives: oversee backlog readiness, collaborate with developers during implementation, and manage releases to production;

  • Monitor feature adoption and iterate based on feedback, metrics, or partner needs;

  • Act as the subject matter expert for your product area, especially across payment processing, routing logic, 3DS flows, descriptors, and fraud control;

  • Maintain structured documentation, product hypotheses, and discovery outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years in discovery-heavy, or a similar role in a fintech;

  • Fluent English (B2+ minimum), both spoken and written;

  • Proven track record of owning complex product initiatives end-to-end — from problem definition to production launch and iteration;

  • Solid understanding of fintech and payments: PSP integrations, MIDs, BIN routing, 3DS protocols, fraud tools, and payment APIs;

  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills — able to explore ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and articulate business value;

  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product development;

  • Strong written communication and ability to document product decisions clearly.

Conditions:

We know that top talent thrives in the right conditions, so here's what you can expect when joining us:

  • Full remote work.

  • Competitive compensation with a service contract.

  • Transparent performance reviews twice a year, with bonus opportunities and salary adjustments.

  • An annual allowance that you can use for home office improvements, sports activities, equipment upgrades, and more—tailor it to what benefits you most.

  • Investment in your development: paid language courses, access to various learning platforms, and a mindfulness benefit, including psychological support with 50% coverage.

  • Career growth in a fast-scaling project with opportunities to influence technical decisions.

  • A culture of recognition: our peer reward program celebrates contributions from across the team.
