Senior Frontend Developer

Our team is looking for a Senior Frontend Developer for one of our clients.

The project: it is a high-impact engineering and analytics group focused on building scalable tools that help organizations identify growth levers, optimize strategy, and maximize shareholder value. Our mission is to turn complex data into actionable insights through cutting-edge technology and close collaboration with business experts.

Our expectations of the candidate: 

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer;

• Strong expertise in React (v18): comfortable working within a mature, existing codebase, experience with modern React practices;

• Advanced TypeScript skills: strong typing and architectural understanding;

• Experience with or strong understanding of micro frontend patterns:
  – Core UI repository as entry point;
  – Module Federation used for micro frontends;
  – Separate repositories for independent modules;
  – Independent deployments;
  – Code isolation to avoid conflicts between teams.

• Testing expectations: increased unit and/or e2e testing embedded in code. 

• English: Upper-Intermediate

Nice to have:

• DevOps / Infrastructure: GitHub Actions, Terraform, JFrog (artifact storage), AWS deployments, CI/CD with linting, testing, secrets management;
  

• Data Visualization:
  – Experience with visualization libraries (D3, charting libraries, React Query, etc.);
  – Understanding of data visualization concepts preferred.

• Ability to work independently with stakeholders, providing thought leadership on tech stack decisions and architectural trade-offs;

• Strong ownership mentality, high autonomy, product mindset;

• Ability to raise discussions and challenge decisions constructively;

• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work in high-paced environments;

• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Design, build, and optimize B2B and consumer-grade products that drive real business impact;

• Work autonomously focusing on delivering high quality front-end code using React, TypeScript, running on cloud-based infrastructure;

• Collaborate closely with business, design and product teams to translate complex challenges into elegant technical solutions;
